Flashband is a self-adhesive sealing strip which bonds instantly to provide a permanent watertight seal.
Flashband is easily applied using hand pressure only, with no requirement for special equipment for cutting, forming or fixing. Flashband bonds to most building materials including brick, masonry, slates, concrete roof tiles, wood, metal, concrete, terracotta tiles, roofing felt, glass, rigid plastics and more.
Porous surfaces need to be primed with a Flashband primer. Applications include repairing lead flashing, sealing valley gutters, mending leaks in drain pipes and guttering, and repairing roofing felt joints on flat roofs.

SikaLatex® Power is a synthetic rubber emulsion which
when added to cement slurry/ cement mortar/concrete/grout provides good adhesion and water resistance. It comes in the form of a milky liquid. It is fully
soluble in water and is to be added directly to the
gauging water of mortar/concrete/ cementitious
grout.

Concure WB is a white, low viscosity wax emulsion which
incorporates a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking
system. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks
down to form a non penetrating continuous film immediately
upon contact with a cementitious surface. This impervious
film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn
permits more efficient cement hydration, thus reducing
shrinkage and increasing durability.
Once formed, the membrane will remain on the concrete
surface until eventually broken down and eroded by natural
weathering. Where it is required to apply a further treatment
to such concrete surface, it may be necessary to remove the
membrane remaining after curing by wire brushing or other
mechanical means.

Keralastic is an improved reaction resin adhesive (R2). Interior and exterior floor and wall bonding of ceramic tiles, natural stone and agglomerates, mosaic on all types of substrates normally used in building. Particularly suitable for metal, wood, fibre-cement, rubber, PVC and linoleum surfaces. Absolutely necessary for bonding natural stone and agglomerates (all types of marbles, Verde Alpi, slate,…) also subject to movement and size variation due to the absorption of water (class C of dimentional stability according to Mapei standards). Applied in a continuous layer, they create a perfect waterproof surface on which ceramic tiles can be applied with the same product. Suitable for surfaces subject to accidental contact with water (for example wooden kitchen work surfaces).
Keralastic T (R2T) is the thixotropic version of Keralastic and is particularly suitable for vertical applications.
Renderoc Plug is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry
powders which requires only the site addition of clean water
to produce a highly consistent, rapid setting mortar which is
easy to apply in many difficult conditions. The material is
based on a blend of cements, graded aggregates, special
fillers and chemical additives which control the rate of set
and minimise the risk of thermal cracking.
Renderoc Plug provides an initial set time of approximately
one minute.
